WELL-BEING IN THE GREAT NATURAL BEAUTY OF TREHÖRNINGSJÖ
Kerstins Udde Spa and conference spaces have a wide beautiful view on the lake that can be enjoyed from sauna, conference room, café and warm bath.
A conference within us is an occasion of relaxed meeting and benefit of thought. The work group can have use of sauna, vapuor bath and warm bath in the pool or under open sky.
We accomodate 2 persons per cottage in the Kerstins Udde holiday village along the lake. 13 cottages is about 35mq and 1 sleeping room and 3 cottages is about 55mq with tree sleeping rooms, shower, wc, tv, Internet and kitchenette.
Trehörningsjö is about 1 hour north of Örnsköldsvik and 35 minutes from Örnsköldsvik airport.

Conference-room in Kerstins Udde, with its very large viewing on the lake, can contain till 24 persons (on U or administrative disposition).
For bigger group is possible to use the coffee-room, where can sits till 70 persons, or the Spa division that can accommodate until 90 persons.
In Kerstins Udde you can take a sauna or a vapour bath and relax with a warm bath in the pool, have a collective walking tour in the nature, have your meeting on the raft with sauna and then a dive in the ice, take a warm bath to open sky, or stay in circle round the fire in a Sámi-tent.
There are also many alternatives for conferences near Kerstins Udde that could be booked by us, for example:
- Medborgarhuset, 300 m from Kerstins Udde, a building of 50s that can accommodate till 100 persons for a cinema sitting or 70 persons for a disposition round tables. In Medborgarhuset there are also 4 rooms for group discussions and a computer room with 9 PC on the net also available for teleconferences.
- Prästgårdsdesign, 2 Km from Kerstins Udde, good for groups up to 20 persons.
Besides teamcamper and food & drink testing we offer several activities connected to our cultural heritage:
- Kvarnvandring: a walking tour in a stream mill to see how to mill flour and where cook porridge together.
- Hästen & skogen: help in the school of forestry and make charcoal on the open fire.
- Various fishing activities, for example Angeldonsfiske in the wintertime.
- Prepare the dinner together our cooker.
- Learn to bake tunnbröd, a typical Swedish kind of thin bread.
- Activities with reindeers on the ice.
Trehörningsjö is situated 1 hour north of Örnsköldsvik, 1 hour and 15 minutes southwest of Umeå and 35 minutes from the Örnsköldsvik airport.

Sauna on the raft and diping in a hole in the ice, warm bath under open sky and stay all together round the fire in a Sámi tent shouldn't be miss with a conference in Trehörningsjö.
As it is a visit to the pub of the village, Pub Trupper Inn, renowned for its good food, its selection of single malt Whisky and its beautiful and elegant toilet.
Apart camping and food & drink trials we offer stress therapy, water aerobic, Spa treatments and activities connected with our culture e.g.:
- Mill walking tour of 1,5 km to a water-guided mill where it's possible to cook and taste corn-flour porridge and special unleavened bread.
- The horse and the forest, an activity to learn cut timber and build a little timber-hut.

It could be nice a fest by Kerstins Udde with its beatiful wide viewing on the lake from the restaurant room, or a 'Bath fest' in the Spa with sauna, warmbath and relaxing treatments, or a 'Winter bath fest' to sauna on the raft with a dip in the ice and a warm bath under open sky.
In the summer give a 'Surströmming fest' (a kind of fermented Baltic herring) in a hold dance floor that will be a long memory.

Trehörningsjö is in the Västernorrland region, north of Örnsköldsvik near the border with the Västerbotten region.
It is about 100 km from Umeå and 63 km from Örnsköldsvik.
From Örnsköldsvik take the way 352 to Björna and from there follow indications to Trehörningsjö.
From Örnsköldsvik airport turn left at the exit and go straight on the way till Trehörningsjö.
Arrived in Trehörningsjö follow indications to Kerstins Udde.
